Healthy Summer Cookout Meals

The summer grilling season is well under way and reaches a pinnacle with the upcoming 4th of July holiday weekend. In addition to traditional hamburgers and hot dogs, there are a lot of healthy-eating options that can make your campfire or cookout experience both tasty and good for for you.

Grace Derocha, Blue Cross Blue Shield's registered dietician and health coach, dropped by the Fox2 Studios Sunday morning to discuss healthy camping meals, and she shared some easy-to-make ideas for delicious meals and treats you can literally prepare inside your campfire, like eggplant pizza and grilled watermelon.
