Especially when you hang out with Mike Piziali, owner and operator of Shredders Food Truck. He drove into the Fox2 Studio parking lot Saturday morning to share his love for hash browns and one of his favorite recipes that will be featured at the brunch he’ll be serving up at Capital Park Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- 2 Cups hash browns
- 1 TBS Shredderz hash brown seasoning
- 3 OZ bacon
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced white onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 egg
