This recipe is courtesy of Jim Lamb of Harry's Detroit:
Harry's Mac n cheese
2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup whole milk
3 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 tablespoon dry mustard powder ( colemans )
20 ounces cooked pasta such as penne ,elbow, rigatoni
I like orecchiette pasta
Bring cream and milk to a simmer whisk in 2 ½ cups of the cheese whisk in the dry mustard powder
And adjust your salt and pepper place in an 8x8 baking dish sprinkle with the remaining cheese bake at 350 for 25 min or until bubbly
You can also add either toppings or toss things in such as or you can experiment with different cheese like Bacon, Ham. Pulled pork, etc.
