SoupMan Lobster Bisque Recipe
Sauté 1/2 cup of diced onions in 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add 3 cups of milk, 1/2 cup of diced potatoes, 1 tablespoon diced garlic, 4 oz.of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon hot sauce, 1/2 cup sherry, 1 tablespoon dry mustard, 1/2 cup shredded carrots, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/2 cup diced red peppers, 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped cilantro and 1 quart of water.
Stir to combine all ingredients.
Add 1 lb. of chunks of 100% North Atlantic lobster meat.
Add Al's secret spice blend.
Stir again and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
For a unique home cooked meal, ladle SoupMan Lobster Bisque over cheese ravioli for "Lobster Ravioli" or over risotto for "Lobster Risotto."
