The Unlocked Summit is a gathering of women entrepreneurs looking to empower one another to make their professional and business dreams come true.
Founders Asia Horne and Chatoya Antwine hosted the first event in Chicago last year and it sold out. Both are Metro Detroit natives and believe entrepreneurship is basis for Detroit’s revitalization, so they brought the two-day event back home. It runs from Feb. 19-20 at Tech Town, 440 Burroughs in Midtown Detroit.
Both of them visited Fox2 Sunday morning to discuss the importance of supporting women in business, sisterhood, and the importance of helping cultivate the city. Find more information by visiting the summit website.
