La Marsa
Recipe - Shrimp Kabobs
Yields 2 skewers or one serving
8 pieces Jumbo Shrimp   
1 full teaspoon of Garlic sauce
1/2  t/s  Cajun
1/2  t/s Black pepper
1/2  t/s Paprika
1/2  t/s Salt
Mix garlic sauce and seasonings in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss to coat well. Thread shrimp onto skewers that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes to an hour so they don't burn over a hot burner or flame.
Grill over medium heat 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink, turning occasionally.
