Detroit’s culinary revitalization continues as more and more development occurs in and around downtown. To celebrate the best of the best, the Detroit Free Press annually selects its top 10 new restaurants of the year and names one the restaurant of the year. This year the award went to the Chef’s Table at the Foundation Hotel.
Detroit Free Press Food Critic Mark Kurlyandchik visited the Fox2 News studios Sunday morning to talk about the process of selecting the restaurant of the year.
