Holiday Health Tips with Franklin Athletic Club

The holidays are a time to celebrate with friends and family, and it usually involves a heavy dose of food and beverages. 

But there's a few simple steps and exercises you can do to help keep that extra weight off. Trainer Stephanie Gilmore and assistant Michelle Adams, of the Franklin Athletic Club, stopped by the Fox2 News studios Sunday morning to showcase some of those moves and overall tips to staying healthy over the holidays.
