No one sets fitness goals for the new year with the intent to break them, but it happens. Every year.
Fitness specialists Chris May, of Title Boxing in Macomb, and Steve Alley, form Body of Learning in Birmingham, dropped by the Fox2 News studios Sunday morning to showcase some of their more popular exercises and share tips on how to keep those health-related New Year's resolutions last all throughout the year.
They were also joined by Ben Boudro, of Xceleration Fitness in Auburn Hills, and Kristin Batchik, of Pure Barre in Rochester, who are all participating together in the New Year, New You! event at 11 a.m. Jan. 5 at Xceleration Fitness.
