Olga's Spice Bread Pudding and New Location

Pumpkin anything is popular this time of year, and if you can’t get enough, Olga’s Kitchen may have the remedy. Their brand new pumpkin Spice Olga Bread Pudding is one of the popular items on the menu this fall, and will soon be available at all locations.  

  • 7 pieces Olga Bread
  • 8 large eggs
  • 3 cups half and half
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin spice 
  1. On a cutting board cut the Olga bread into ¼ inch dice.  
  2. Place the cut bread into a mixing bowl and set aside.  
  3. In an 8 QT mixing bowl beat the eggs until well blended.
  4. Add in the half and half, vanilla, brown sugar, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice.
  5. Continue to mix until all ingredients are well blended.
  6. Pour the liquid mixture over the cut bread pieces and gently stir with a spatula until well mixed.
  7. Cover and store under refrigeration for at least 12 hours prior to baking.  
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray twelve 8 ounce ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix the pudding base well.
  4. Ladling from the bottom fill the ramekin cup to ¼ inch from the top of the rim.
  5. Ensure liquid is evenly distributed in the cup.  
  6. Place the ramekin on a cookie sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until the tops of the puddings are golden brown and the custard is set.  
  7. The pudding is best served warm topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
