Ready, Set, Cook: Tasty Fruit Cooler

Making healthy meals with and for your kids doesn't have to be boring. Check out this recipe for a tasty fruit treat as part of Health Alliance Plan's signature campaign to address childhood obesity in Michigan.

Fruit Cooler

  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 3/4 Cup Sparkling Water
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Pineapple, Cantaloupe, Watermelon, or Peach)
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until fruit is slushy. Serve immediately.
