Mark your calendars for August 20-23, because GreekFest is BACK and better than ever. With your continued support, we have extended our tried and true traditions as well as exciting new offerings to make this Festival even more successful than last year's event.

The Festival opens Thursday, August 20, at 4:00 p.m, with Grand Opening ceremonies beginning at 6:30 p.m. Outstanding vocalists will sing the National Anthems and dignitaries will be recognized along with Festival Grand Sponsor, Jim Riehl.

Entertainment: The Gentlemen of Swing will provide big band music on Saturday afternoon followed by the popular sound of The Ambassadors of Cass Community Services singing Spirituals and Motown favorites. Various dance groups will provide cultural entertainment all weekend including Assumption Hellenic Society for the Performing Arts, Jr. Hellenic Society for the Performing Arts, Omega Dancers and Alpha Dancers. Surprise guests and visiting entertainment groups will be performing and Chris Macres, our MC, will be on the keyboard in the Taverna. And of course bring comfortable dancing shoes, as music will be played by Oneiro, Chilly and Dio all weekend.

Youth Activities: Games, magicians, pinball machines, balloons, cotton candy, tattoos, face painting, hair braiding, coloring and much more. Climbing walls, bungee jumps and exciting rides will provide hours of fun along with a petting zoo and pony rides. Detroit Tiger Paws and local favorite, Wally's fire truck, will be on hand to serve frozen custard.

Marketplace & Ethnic Exhibits: Vendors from all over the country are a highlight each year in our Marketplace and in our Hellenic Room Gift Shop.

Hours Saturday are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
