Three Exercises for People Over 40

Staying fit can be a challenge at any age, but it can take on a different meaning for most people after age 40.

Fox2 fitness expert Ben Boudro, owner of Xceleration Fitness in Auburn Hills, dropped by the Fox2 News studios Sunday morning with a short list of exercises anyone can do. He also brought along Jim McArthur, who lost more than 115 lbs. with a workout regiment that included these moves, which are designed to help with health and prevention of chronic diseases like heart disease and osteoporosis.
