Winter health tips from Olympia

COPD is a common chronic lung disease that impacts millions of Americans, and it becomes more common as people age, making it hard to breathe, especially in the cold winter weather. However, there are steps people can take to help address respiratory problems and improve their quality of life, and some of these tips can apply to younger, healthier people, too.
