It's that time of year again to get outside to do spring clean up. Gardening is not only good for your body, but also good for your mind.
America's Holistic Heart Doctor, Dr. Joel Kahn, joins us to explain.
"Studies show, you're healthier if you're out in your backyard gardening during spring, summer and fall," he says.
He says the gardening work is comprable to those who hit the gym, and it can help prevent heart attacks, too.
