Setting goals for the FOX 2 21 Day Challenge

We're relaunching the 21 Day Challenge to get healthier and lose a few pounds. Some of our members shared their goals.

It's the FOX 2 21 Day Challenge - a Facebook group designed around a simple concept:  5 do's, 5 don'ts, 5 pounds.

Deena Centofanti caught up with some of our Facebook group as we weighed in before Monday's restart.  We start our new challenge on Monday, May 2nd! 

All of the ladies Deena spoke with have similar goals - to lose a few pounds and get more active.  Those who are members say the camaraderie makes all the difference.
