Making your kitchen a plastic-free zone

- Plastic water bottles are not the only sources of bisphenol-A (BPA), bisphenol-S (BPS), and phthalates.  Another common one: the plastic containers we use to transport, cook and store our food.  If your levels of BPA rise high enough, your hormonal system is thrown off.  Heart disease, nerve problems, sexual difficulties, cancer, obesity and premature puberty are among the many health problems associated with BPA exposure.
