Believe it or not, what you eat from the garden can help your skin glow.

You don't necesarily want to get it from the sunshine, which can damage your skin - but instead from everyday vegetables.

A new UK study using college kids eating Beta-Carotene involving foods that are colorful, red orange, yellow. What happened was that the students went from being pale to getting a golden glow.
