Portion control and trying to stick to 100-calorie snacks. In fact, what does 100 calories even look like?
FOX 2's Deena Centofanti breaks out some real food to show us what 100 calories look like using:
- A regular bagel: A third of a bagel.
-Peanut butter: A tablespoon.
-Almonds: Between 12 to 15.
-Graham crackers: One and a half.
-One flour tortilla.
The exciting part is also about 100 calories is 12 peppers of all varieties.
And that's why we're always being told to eat our fruits and vegetables.
And that's what 100 calories looks like.
