The season of eating is here, from Halloween all the way to New Year’s we are surrounded by food.
Here are some ways to avoid packing on the holiday pounds.
1. Track it before you eat to see how many calories you are taking in.
2. Chew it, slow down when you eat and enjoy each bite.
3. Move it, exercise a lot and make sure you are working out rigorously.
4. Weigh it, weigh yourself once or twice a week to see if you need to watch what you are eating.
