Comcast hiring hundreds of employees in Michigan
(WJBK) - Comcast is looking to fill nearly 400 positions in Michigan over the next year.
Most of the jobs are customer care roles that will take calls at centers in Ann Arbor, Plymouth and Sterling Heights. There's also a few openings at service centers and in technical operations, marketing and sales.
Comcast is adding so many jobs to support the company's nationwide focus on improving customer service experience. They say they are hiring 5,500 new workers nationwide over the next three years and adding three new call centers, part of a $300 million investment being made in 2015.
