Man sentenced for selling bogus insurance in metro Detroit

 

 A Texas man was convicted of being the mastermind behind a scheme to sell bogus insurance to unsuspecting drivers in Michigan.

Fox 2's Rob Wolchek broke the case back in 2011 and spoke to Don Diamond before he faced the judge.

Diamond was sentenced to 35 months to 20 years in state prison.
