15-year-old shot on Detroit's west side (UPDATED)

Police were at the scene of a shooting in Detroit where a 15-year-old was wounded in the leg.

The shooting happened at a house on Minock near Tireman where the victim's grandmother said three men entered and shot the boy in the leg.

A 1-year-old child was knocked out of his highchair but is expected to recover. The shooting victim has been taken to the hospital.

Police say the shooting may have stemmed from an ongoing feud.

Bullet holes could be found inside the teen's house as well after a group of boys were said to have chased him there.

"My son was trying to go to the store," said Andre'a Cooper. "About six or seven guys tried to jump him. So he came back here and they ran down here and tried to jump him.

"They started shooting, at the house, at him. And shot my house up. Then they came in the house and threw my grandbaby out of the highchair."

There is no information available if police have made any arrests.
