Neighbors described it as a family feud on four wheels when the driver of a gold sport utility vehicle rams a passenger van at least seven times on Detroit's east side.
The incident, which includes an attempt to run over the man driving the van, is now being investigated by police.
"I could not believe it," said Roberta Cutts, a neighbor who witnessed it from her driveway. "These men were over 50 I know they were over 50 I couldn't believe it."
FOX 2: "The green van rammed the SUV first?"
"Yes, then the SUV just lost it," Cutts said.
Cutts believes the argument started over $10.
"The guy driving the SUV asked the guy for $10 and he said he didn't have $10," she said. "And they were about to get into the green van and then the two older men just start arguing. They were about to fight."
The dispute led to the SUV driver ramming the vehicle, driving over residents' yards,
The camera video stopped rolling before the grand finale when the driver was dazed after his airbag deployed.
"The guy in the green van just jumped in and took off so fast and then rammed him and rammed him again, and then took off.
"And the guy in the SUV came down, smoked a cigarette, then tried to drive the truck. I guess it wouldn't go anywhere and the police got him."
Police have not made any arrests but say the investigation is ongoing. Possible charges include felonious assault with a motor vehicle.
No witnesses were injured in the incident.
