Activist Malik Shabazz transforming Detroit one search at a time

Malik Shabazz, his mission is clear. His journey started thirty years ago in a city Reverend Malik Shabazz calls home.

Shabazz is no stranger to being spotlighted in the media, often leading grass roots searches for a missing person, for rapists and even killers.

But why?

"I'm Detroit bred, I'm Detroit lead and I'm Detroit feed," says Shabazz.

Like many activists in before him, his hard work and dedication to clean up a city can often but a target on his back.

"We march on, we do it all. The Bible tells us perfect love casts out all fear. If you love God and you love the people, then you learn how to manage the fear," says Shabazz.

His hope is love will be contagious enough to spread through the city of Detroit.
