Let It Rip Weekend: Snyder for President? and heroin epidemic

Governor Rick Snyder is on the road, traveling around the country to tell the story of Michigan's comeback.  There's speculation that this is the start of his 2016 presidential run; rumors that the Governor has yet to confirm or deny.  He says the speculation draws positive attention for the state, but do his political aspirations lie elsewhere?

Heroin is hitting the streets hard in metro Detroit, causing concern for the local community.
  Since January there have been more than 50 deaths related to heroin overdoses in Wayne County alone.  In many of the case, the drugs were laced with fentanyl, a pain killer 20 times stronger than pure heroin. How can the community quell the epidemic?
