DASHCAM VIDEO: Handcuffed woman climbs up front, takes cruiser on joyride

New video has just been released by police in Pennsylvania after a handcuffed woman managed to get in the front seat of a police cruiser and ram her own car to get away from the cops.

Police near Pittsburgh pulled the woman over and was handcuffed after she allegedly stole from a Kohl's store. According to police, Roxanne Rimer was handcuffed and in the back of the cruiser with another woman while they searched her car.

After a few moments, she managed to get in the front seat and take off as they waited on backup to arrive.

Dashcam video shows the female driving recklessly at high speeds of up to 80 miles per hour. Eventually she pulled over and made a run for it with her hands still handcuffed behind her back.

Police were able to catch up with her and now, the police car stealing bandit faces 29 different counts including aggravated assault and recklessly endangering a number of people.
