This is all is just a testament to what one person can mean to a community
and now word that police say they have two people in custody for the shooting death of Emil Salem.

According to his family, Salem was considered the glue of the family.

We are told that time and time again people would walk into the liquor store on Garfield in Clinton township as a customer, but would end up leaving as a friend.

A memorial has started after the owner, Salem was shot and killed during a robbery on Thursday night.  Police say Salem was armed and able to fire back at the robber, possibly wounding the suspect.
