Watch: Health and Human Services Secretary visits Flint

The U.S. Health and Human Services secretary is traveling to Flint Thursday to get a first hand look at the city's water crisis.

Sylvia Burwell will evaluate the federal response and recovery effort lead by her department. She will also be talking to Flint city leaders and residents about the next steps to address ongoing public health challenges. You can watch a livestream of her remarks at www.fox2detroit.com/live. They are expected to begin at 1:30 p.m.

Today, the state house is expected to approve $30 million to help cover water bills of flint residents dating back nearly two years.
