Katica Vitosevic hid from our camera as she entered court as a shackled prisoner - held with no bond in the Oakland County jail.

This is the first in a series of cases "Kathy the Kon," who was best known as Kathy Krystic, is facing. Kathy is charged with several fraud-related felonies in Oakland County, as well as felony probation violation in Wayne County.

A few months ago, FOX 2's Rob Wolchek introduced you to Kathy. She worked as a party planner at a Midtown restaurant. While she was there, several people say she was running various schemes, which resulted in the loss of thousands of dollars.

Kathy avoided Wolchek for months as well as avoiding court appearances in four separate courts - all while on probation for felony stalking in Wayne County and a separate misdemeanor in Oakland County.

After Wolchek's story aired, Kathy turned herself in. She stood Monday before Judge Julie Nicholson after being a no show in this court for 4 years.

Originally charged with shoplifting, Vitosevic entered a guilty plea in 2013 to misdemeanor disorderly person - then went off the radar.

Now, Katica Vitosevic is pleading guilty to violating her probation, but she has a story.

"I just want to say I'm sorry. I didn't do anything intentionally to ignore your order."

Kathy claims that she has been gravely ill, as she always does.

"I couldn't walk for nine month when I had that stroke. I had a second stroke last year."

These are the same excuses she's been using for years.

"I went through a lot in the last five years. I had a divorce after 29 years, and I had a nervous breakdown at the time."

The judge isn't buying it.

"You violated most of the conditions to your probation as well as picking up the new charges which are very relevant in this case because you did pick up two new thefts related offenses."

The judge sentenced Kathy to 90 days in jail.

The charges at 52nd District Court are the least serious of the charges Kathy is facing - and the judge gave her the max sentence.

It's safe to say Katica Vitosevic will be behind bars for quite a while.
