Let it Rip Weekend: Judge awards convicted rapist parental rights and MI vaccine waivers

Today on Let It Rip Weekend, a Michigan judge has granted parental rights to a convicted rapist, providing him access to a son who was conceived in rape nearly a decade ago. He was a teenager at the time that he held a 12-year-old girl against her will and raped her.

How did the court let this happen? We talk to Tiffany, who survived the rape, and her attorney Rebecca Kiessling.

 

And, two local moms fighting for the right to not vaccinate their kids in custody cases in Oakland County. One mom was jailed after ignoring a court order to vaccinate her son. Countless studied have proved vaccines are safe and effective, so why is there still push back?
