10-year-old La'Jada looking for forever home

Thousands of Children in Michigan right now are in need of a family of their own. One of those is La'Jada, a 10-year-old girl who likes to stay fit and fabulous.

So, we headed to AirTime Trampoline and Game Park in Troy for an action-packed day. She was a little shy at first, but it was nothing a few jumps couldn't loosen up.

Soon enough, she was smiling from ear to ear.

"I like to be funny," she says.

"She's outgoing; she's funny. She loves to make people laugh. She loves to laugh," says Erin Miller, La'Jada's adoption worker.

She's advanturous, too. She couldn't resisit diving into the massive pit, and then she was off to shoot some hoops. But trampolines aren't the only way she likes to stay active. She says she likes to do cartwheels, blow bubbles and ride her bike.

In three words, she says her day at AirTime was awesome, fun and amazing. That's also the perfect way to describe her dream, forever family.

"A nice family, and they understand. When I get mad at something I can talk to them, and I get to go places with them," she says.

"She just wants to have those family dinners, and someone to talk to, someone to help her with her homework. That's really all she wants," says Miller.
