WARREN, Mich. (WJBK) - Warren Police are asking for the public's help locating a woman who has memory loss.
The family of Freida Monroe, 50, believes she got lost after being discharged from the hospital on August 24.
She was last seen leaving St. John Providence Hospital around 5:30 that morning. We're told Freida did not contact her family and that she was given a bus ticket by the hospital staff.
Freida has not been seen or heard from since, and her family says she doesn't remember where she lives.
She was wearing a blue shirt and blue pants, and she may be barefoot.
A spokesperson for St. John Providence Hospital says, "This patient was appropriately treated and appropriately released," but could not provide further details due to HIPAA laws.
If you see Freida or know of her whereabouts, contact the Warren Police Department.
