WATCH: Hillary Clinton speaks at campaign rally in Grand Rapids

The final push for both presidential candidates is on and Michigan continues to be a key campaign stop.

Hillary Clinton spoke in Grand Rapids Monday afternoon shopping a message of optimism.

"I am not one of those people who say they don't believe in America anymore," she said. "I have a plan."

Clinton spoke of rebuilding infrastructure including key Michigan topics like roads and water while making a pitch to the middle class saying that preserving it is the key to the American economy.

"We are going to work to get incomes soaring around the country and Michigan," she said. "And we are going to help small businesses.

"Donald Trump made a lot of money on the backs of small business owners and stiffing them on their bills."

Clinton also spoke about tax cuts for the wealthy that she claims Donald Trump wants to do if elected, but said she believes in building the economy "from the middle out and from the bottom up."
