For the past 50 years, Thomas J. Fentress has been snipping and laughing - and he's still going strong. Now the man who has become a Detroit institution is getting a chance to show off his skills on the big screen.

Just walking into the Dexter Barber Shop on Puritan, you know you're somewhere special. They're boisterous and opinionated. But look closely.

In the center is Thomas J. Fentress. The proprietor of the business of more than 50 years is quietly confident.

His decades of experience led him to snip the hair of someone in Batman vs. Superman. Just don't ask him who, because he won't say.

"I cut a head of hair for the movie. Not saying who," Fentress said.

He's not slowing down, even though that alarm clock every morning makes it tempting to retire.

Text doesn't do this guy justice; you've got watch the video for yourself to get in on the fun.
