Police: Victims seen on camera just before double shooting

The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating a vehicle and the suspect's wanted in connection with a double homicide that occurred on the city's West side Saturday morning. 
 
On December 19, 2015 at approximately 3:40 a.m., DPD officers were called to the 12900 block of Blackstone for a shooting that had just occurred.  
 
Upon arriving at the location the officers observed two unidentified male victim's with fatal gunshot wounds to the body. Both victims appeared to be in their mid-20's.  
 
In the attached video from police, you can see on the of the victims at a local gas station prior to the incident.
 
He exits the gas station and enters his vehicle and is approached by the suspect who exits a newer model, white, Buick. The suspect gets into the vehicle with both victims and drives away, while being followed by the white Buick.
