Two Pinckney HS students arrested for allegedly raping girl

Pinckney police say that they took a complaint on Thursday the 16th from a Pinckney HS staff member that a 15-year-old female student had been raped at a residence within the Village of Pinckney.

An officer responded and took the complaint. A witness was interviewed, as well as school staff, and the location was confirmed, as well as the identity of the three suspects.

A search warrant was executed on the home of one of the suspects for physical evidence. All three suspects were then interviewed.

As a result of the investigation, two arrests have been made and one juvenile petition is being sought.
Jacob Houck, 17, and Nicholas Lefebvre, also 17 have been charged with CSC 3rd Degree. The Pinckney Police Chief confirmed to Fox 2 Sunday night that the teens gave the girl alcohol and recorded and took pictures of the encounter.

The other suspect is a juvenile and his identity cannot be released. The victim's identity is also being withheld, due to her age.
