WATCH: Brad Ausmus 'We Get It...I Might Get Fired.'

Tigers' Manager Brad Ausmus spoke to the media before they take on the Twins to start a nine-game homestand.

Despite Sunday's win, Ausmus is on the hot seat amid demands from fans that he be fired.

On Monday, he met with members of the media and FOX 2's Jennifer Hammond asked him a range from questions from the Tigers using Sunday's victory as a spark to the outfield. Hammer asked how the game has changed since he was a player with social media.

He said it doesn't impact him and he keeps doing his job. Then she asked if it gets more stressful by the day. This was his response:

"You know what, Jen? We get it. I'm on the hot seat, I might get fired. We're done talking about it."

Ausmus then said they were "beating a dead horse" and the conversation moved back to the game on the field.

Watch it happen in the video above.

Ausmus is 181 and 180 as the manager of the Tigers. The team has made the playoffs once -- winning the American League Central in 2014 -- but losing in three straight games to the Baltimore Orioles.

The Tigers have lost 11 of their last 13 and are 16-21 overall.
