Black Lives Matter argument leads to altercation at Ypsilanti voter precinct
YPSILANTI TWP., Mich. (WJBK) - A verbal altercation leading to shoving and spitting was reported at a precinct Tuesday, caught on cell phone video.
The incident happened just after 10 a.m. at the Moose Lodge on Stony Creek Road, said Derrick Jackson, Washtenaw County Sheriff Department. Another woman, Keena Mills, caught part of the incident on video.

A 67-year-old man and a 64-year-old woman were leaving after casting their votes when a Green Party volunteer, who was chanting Black Lives Matter, caught their attention.
The 64-year-old woman, who is white, confronted the volunteer, who is black, leading to the altercation. At that point, police say an unrelated man entered the altercation and pushed the older woman to the ground and left. There were no injuries reported and no arrests once police arrived.
Jackson said officers were able to defuse the situation but are still investigating the incident.
