PLYMOUTH, Mich. (WJBK) - A fatal injury crash on SB I-275 has taken the life of a 30-year-old woman.
The female driver was fatally struck by a vehicle after she exited on the shoulder at 8:45 p.m. following a three-car accident, according to Michigan State Police.
The victim has been identified as a woman from the Carleton area. The driver who struck her is cooperating with investigators. No other injuries were reported from the original three car accident.
Police have shut down I-275 on the southbound side of the freeway due to the accident. A three car non-injury crash
Traffic is being diverted off I-96 due to the accident, which is affecting all lanes of traffic, according to MDOT.
The westbound ramp off M-14 is also closed as a result of the crash.

At 8 45 PM on 10/5 Metro South units responded to a serious injury traffic crash on S I 275, north of Ann Arbor Rd.
