Dearborn Social Security office evacuated for suspicious package
DEARBORN, Mich. (WJBK) - The all-clear has been given at a Social Security office in Dearborn after authorities investigated a suspicious package.
Police say a woman walked into the office Thursday morning, claiming to have a suspicious package. Police say she then put down the package and left.
The office, located at 19853 W Outer Drive, was evacuated while authorities investigated.
The suspicious package was a bag of clothes.
