Detroit police release video of 2 suspects in east side murder

DETROIT (WJBK) - Detroit police release video of two men wanted in connection with a murder on the east side. 

Take a look at the men coming through the door - one of them in a red and black jacket and the man behind him at the store entrance.
 
Police say yesterday morning a 38-year-old man was walking to get a cup of coffee, when he was shot and killed on E. McNichols and Davison.

A witness driving by says a maroon SUV was stopped in the street and it looked like some men were arguing.

Kenyatta Thomas says her boyfriend went out Thursday morning to get her a cup of coffee, but never came home. He was shot and killed in the middle of the street.

"He went to the gas station to get me a cup of coffee and ends up dead. That doesn't make sense," Thomas said. "I figured he was just shooting the breeze with the fellas, you know and he'd come home in a minute but he never came. Then I got the call and ran straight up there and it was him laying there in the middle of the street like a dog."

Police hope someone will recognize these guys and turn them in.
