Detroit's Most Wanted: three years later, father's murder still unsolved

Darrin Wyatt heard glass breaking in the middle of the night on mid-January of 2016.

When he got out of bed and reached the top of the stairs, he was met by gunfire - killiing him.

While it appears that someone was trying to break into family's home, police don't have a good description of the shooter, or the mid-szed vehicle they drove away in. Wyatt's mother told a crowd of people her son, a father of three, was doing what he could to protect his family. Despite efforts however, he hasn't had any justice.

"This has taken a toll on me health wise, mentally," she said. "His grandmother was there, so you can imagine how she felt about her grandchild. She was his rock."

There is a $2.500 reward for information leading to an arrest. If you know anything, you're asked to call 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
