A Florida woman who is the mother to two of Miguel Cabrera's children is taking him to court.

According to the Detroit News, the woman claims the Tigers slugger's current child support payments are not enough.

Cabrera currently pays more than $6,000 a month for the children who were born in 2013 and 2015.

According to the report, his name is on their birth certificates.  He has visitation rights and a say in all major decisions involving the kids.

Cabrera's legal team reportedly said the lawsuit is extortion.

Given his income, under Florida law he could be on the hook for up to $100,000 a month.

Cabrera also has three children with his wife of 15 years.
