Detroit Water and Sewer Department Director talks shutoffs and infrastructure

Half a billion dollars invested in the Detroit Water and Sewer system over the next 5 years.

When it happened it was certainly contentious, the decision to shut off the water of people who could not afford their bills in Detroit.

But in 2019 fewer people are now at risk of the tap being turned off.
