Detroit police are looking for two gunmen caught on camera who fatally shot a man during a gas station robbery on the city's west side.

The men on video barged into the Marathon station on W. Chicago near Meyers Wednesday night, killing 26-year-old Winston Gregory III.

Detroit police say around 10:45 p.m. the two masked men both armed with handguns, burst into the quiet gas station through the front door firing dozens of shots.

Police say Hill was inside the gas station near the counter simply standing there while charging his cell phone. The female clerk dropped to the floor and hid behind the counter as Hill tried to get away.

Employees there reported roughly 30 gunshots. The clerk was thankfully, not hurt but Hill was shot at several times before the gunfire appeared to end - but - it doesn’t. The men fired off eight more shots at Hill before running off, leaving him on the floor, shot in the head and dying.

Now as Hill is described as an easy-going, friendly guy who frequents the neighborhood gas station living just a block away, no one including police, seem to know why Hill appeared to have been targeted.

The men were armed wearing blue hooded sweatshirts, one with a white mask and ripped jeans and the other a black mask with jeans.
