Jodie Taylor was found beaten and stabbed at the former Cooley High School on Fenkell last month.

Now her family is asking for your help.

"She was taken from us too fast and too young that I did not even have the chance to be a grandmother by my child," said Susie Mann, Taylor's mom. "Which is totally unfair."

Susie Mann is still coming to terms with the brutal attack that took her daughter's life. Taylor was found severely beaten and naked outside Cooley High School back in May.

Taylor was transported to a local hospital but later succumbed to her wounds. Investigators came up with a sketch of the suspect and a video of a man wanted in connection to the crime.

But nearly a month later there have been no arrests in that vicious attack.

"This could be you on the other side of this podium wanting some help because somebody murdered your child," Mann said. "If you can lay down and sleep and be comfortable with yourself knowing who did this, or you're a part of this, and you allow it. I pray to God you get no rest until you tell it and lift it off your shoulders."

Crime Stoppers is offering cash reward up to $2,500 dollars for information leading to an arrest. They will add another thousand if the tip comes in by midnight. If you know what happened to Jodie Taylor call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-SPEAK-UP.
