A fight between two brothers  turns into a wild ride in Shelby Township - and it all came to an end  on police dash cam.

A police car at the scene was hit head-on by a vehicle with a man hanging on the front hood in the 7000 block of Tottenham. The man who was assaulted stole his brother's phone and tried to drive away in his car.

The guy on the hood was 18-year-old Starvo Habib. Police say Starvo had just punched out and assaulted his older brother 20-year-old Minas Habib. Police believe Minas, who was driving, tried to fling his brother off the hood.

On dash cam, the car can be seen driving towards the police scout car with Starvo on the hood until it collides.

There were no injuries. Minas charged with felonious assault with a vehicle, but that was changed by the prosecutor to reckless driving.

Starvo was arrested and charged with domestic violence against his brother.

Could Minas' vision been blocked by his brother on the hood? Police say no, that according to the evidence Minas wanted to send Starvo flying.

"If you listen to the video clearly, he says he was trying to get him off the car," said Deputy Chief Mark Coil, Shelby Township police. "It is my belief that he intended to strike the vehicle."

The feuding brothers posted bail and were released after spending the night in jail. Both brothers will be facing a judge on the charges.
