Grants available to help improve curb appeal of Detroit businesses
DETROIT (WJBK) - Small business owners in Detroit can now apply to get some help improving the curb appeal of their shops.
Motor City Re-Store is now accepting applications for matching grants of up to $25,000. The money can be used for façade improvements, landscaping, murals or public art design, outdoor dining options, historic preservation efforts and more.
Information sessions for business owners and landlords are being offered across the city through the end of the month.
