Jury selection begins for April Millsap murder trial
(WJBK) - Jury selection begins Tuesday in the trial of the man accused of killing a 14-year-old girl in Armada.
James VanCallis Jr. has been charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping and assault in the death of April Millsap.
Her body was found in July of 2014 in a ditch along the Macomb Orchard Trail. Prosecutors say VanCallis beat her to death while she was walking her dog.
